Product Design
& UI/UX

Design that works — not just looks good. Product designers who understand engineering constraints, build production-ready Figma specs, and stay embedded in the squad through implementation.

Product designer reviewing UI wireframes on a large display

The gap between design and implementation is where most product quality is lost. Our designers close that gap by staying in the squad — joining sprint planning, reviewing implementations, and iterating in real time alongside the engineers who are building their designs.

What's included

UX research, user flows, and information architecture
Wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
High-fidelity UI design across all screen sizes
Design system and component library in Figma
Interactive prototyping for stakeholder review
Developer handoff with Figma tokens and annotations
Usability testing and iteration cycles
Accessibility audit to WCAG 2.1 AA standard
"A designer who has never read an error log is designing for a product that doesn't exist yet. Ours have."

How design works in our squads

Design doesn't happen in isolation and then get handed off. Our designers join the sprint from day one, sit in on technical planning, and flag implementation risks before they're already in the codebase.

We produce production-ready Figma files with complete component libraries, design tokens exported as JSON, and annotated specs that leave zero ambiguity for the engineer reading them.

After implementation, the designer reviews the built UI against the spec. Small gaps get filed as tickets. Systemic gaps get a design retrospective. The product ships looking like it was designed — because it still is.

Design that
actually ships.

Show us what you're building. We'll put a designer in your squad and make sure implementation matches the vision.
