• Microsoft Clarity: mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, session recordings, and heatmap data for UX improvement purposes.
• Tawk.to: chat session data, IP address, browser type, operating system.

6. Data Retention

• Contact enquiries: retained for up to 2 years
• Google Analytics data: 14 months (default GA4 retention)
• Clarity session data: 30 days
• Chat logs (Tawk.to): governed by Tawk.to's retention policy

Some of our third-party processors are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are made under appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.
